Wer braucht jetzt auch ganz dringend eine Kugel Eis? Aber nur dieses Hibiskus-Erdbeere und Basilikum Eiscreme.
Natürlich nichts geht über eine Kugel Vanille, Schokolade oder auch einfach nur Bananen Eiscreme, da ich davon aber diesen Sommer ganz bestimmt noch einiges essen werden, ist es an der Zeit gewesen mal eine andere Geschmacksrichtung auszuprobieren und zu erstellen!
Vor drei oder vier Jahren hatte ich die Kombination Erdbeere und Basilikum das erste Mal ausprobiert. Natürlich auch in einer extremen Variante. Das waren damals Avocado-Erdbeere und Basilikum Cookies. Klingt total verrückt, hat aber wirklich richtig nichtig lecker geschmeckt und die waren so fluffig...
Danach folgten noch weitere Experimente wie Salat, auf dem Brot, aber nie etwas so vergleichsweise leckeres.
Mit dem Hibiskus zusammen, bekommt es nicht nur diese super schöne Farbe, sondern auch einen frischen Geschmack.
Wer außerdem allergisch gegen Bananen ist, dann ist diese Eiscreme wohl die beste Alternative zu Nicecream(Bananen-Eiscreme)!
Jetzt für die kommenden heißen Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und immer eine Kugel parat haben.

Three or four years ago, I tried the combination of strawberry and basil for the first time. Also in an extreme version. Those were avocado strawberry and basil cookies. Together with the hibiscus, it not only gets this super nice color, but also a fresh taste.
Also, if you are allergic to bananas, then this ice cream is probably the best alternative to Nicecream (banana ice cream)!
Keep it in the fridge for the coming hot days and always have a ball ready.
