Ja, ich bin ein absoluter Fan von der Mischung aus Kakao, Kaffee, Marmelade und Streuseln.
Auch die Zubereitung ist nicht sonderlich schwierig. Zuerst den Teig für die Muffins verrühren, in Förmchen geben und dann noch einen Klecks Marmelade. Das gibt den Muffins eine leicht fruchtige Note, genau perfekt. Zum Schluss nur noch die Streusel oben drüber streuen und für ein paar Minuten in den Backofen!
Wer keine Lust auf Muffins hat, kann den Teig natürlich auch in eine Kuchen-, oder Kastenform füllen. Das schmeckt bestimmt ebenfalls ganz lecker.
Am besten schmecken sie natürlich frisch gebacken, ihr könnt sie aber auch schon ein Tag im voraus zubereiten und dann mit euer Mutter am Sonntag (auf Distanz) genießen.
