Nichts geht über Eintöpfe. Ganz besonders nicht mit einem Linsen-Eintopf.
Das Wetter ist von frühlingshaften Temperaturen, wieder runter auf eisige Winde und kalte Temperaturen. Wenn man dann auch noch draußen ist und auf den Zug wartet, da kann es ganz schön ungemütlich werden. So ein Tag schreit dann förmlich nach Soulfood.
In diesem Eintopf findet ihr nicht nur Zwiebel, Karotten, Kartoffel und Gewürze, sondern auch noch Berglinsen! Oh so lecker. Wer mag, kann außerdem noch weiteres Gemüse der Saison unterrühren. Wie wäre es zum Beispiel mit Kürbis im Herbst, Lauch und Sellerie im Winter und im Frühling stimmt man sich schon mal mit Zucchini auf den bevorstehenden Sommer ein! Auch was die Gewürze angeht, könnt ihr dazugeben oder weglassen, was euer Schrank so hergibt!
Das beste aber an Eintöpfen-sie sind ihn Aufwand zubereitet. Ok, das bisschen schnippeln bekommt man gerade noch hin. Selbst nach langem Warten am Bahnhof!
Für diesen Linsen-Eintopf braucht ihr nur 20-25 Minuten und schon könnt ihr eine volle Schüssel dick eingekuschelt genießen.
