English translation
These fries really have everything! Soft, Crunchy, Spicy and just irresistible.
Even as a child you could inspire me with fries, I mean who says no to this ?! In the meantime, I do not like the deep fried one at all. Thats when I prefer normal potato wedges with salt and pepper over them all. Such a recipe would probably be much (much) too simple.
That's why the fries are pimped up immediately. It does not need much for that. The right spices and you have one million dollar fries. Promised.
For this I used a mixture of pepper, cinnamon, salt and pepper. For the special crunch you also give breadcrumbs, here I used gluten-free rice breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and yeast flakes. 1 tsp of olive oil is enough to mix everything together.
That's it, more like just not true?
Of course, whoever likes to mix in garlic powder or dried herbs, will give the whole thing a special touch again.
Best of all, they can be eaten like chips here, and best with homemade ketchup, or cut into small cubes and then mixed into a salad. Yes, the second combo I had already three, four times and can say it tastes awesome!
