English translation
The weekend is warm - more precisely, about 30 degrees, the only thing I'll eat are these raw salad tacos!Maybe one or the other can still remember the last summer, there was salad Tacos in any way for me. Once with cooled rice, then with potato wedges or sautéed vegetables. You realize there are no limits when it comes to filling the lettuce leaves.
Like this one!
They are filled with a tasty nut mix of almonds, cashews and sunflower seeds. In addition, a corn-tomato salsa, cashew dressing and not to forget a lot of radish sprouts. For the first time in a glass I have been able to pull myself, usually I'm pretty bad when it comes to sprouts!
I have to admit, the only problem is probably how to eat the salad tacos at its best without doing a medium sized mess. At least I did not manage it!
The recipe is perfect for those who do not want to turn on their stove and have no time for lunch or dinner. No 15 minutes I have now needed for all (yes, even with styling!).
Let the weekend started with this recipe!
