English translation
There's nothing like a cozy, early summer dinner out in the field.
That's what Robin and I thought, grabbing our stuff one night last week, and then we went to the beautiful purple field.
Unfortunately, to destroy the illusion, as romantic and cozy as it seems on the pictures, it was not. Right next door we had a flock of so-called 'June beetles' that had literally attacked us. Not to mention the gnats and mosquitos.
Nevertheless, I would do that again and again. So much fun with the set-up, taking pictures and packing them quickly, I have not had that for a long time.
For one or the other, the dish we serve on our plates may not look spectacular at all. Yes maybe that's it. But I make these spaghetti with dried tomatoes and tomato sauce so often, why not share such recipes with you?
If you like, you can of course add more herbs, more vegetables or some red wine to the sauce.
I absolutely love you can pimp it up and it always take good!
So who will be there next time? But you have to bring your own chair!
